KALAU MENIPU DALAM EXAM, CAMNE?

hmm..terserempak soalan ni dalam Islam Q&A list of questions tu.. menarik ni.. sbb ada antara kita ni yg sanggup menipu masa ambil exam.. pastu akan kuar lah kata2..sebbaik cikgu tak nampak..sebbaik tak kantoi..macam2 lah.. mmg lah tak kantoi dgn cikgu..tambah2 kalau cikgu tu dah tua ke ape..rabun..pastu ambil kesempatan intai orang sebelah.. tak pun bawak sheet sheet kecil tu.. kononnya cikgu tak nampakla katakan.. tapi DIA tetap nampak apa yang kita buat.. at least kalau tanye orang sebelah tu kita ok lagi.. tapi ni siap curi2 intai ni.. parah gak..bawa nota2 tu pun satu hal yg agak critical ler tu..anyway..let's look at this..

Question :
If a student cheats in his exam and passes because of that, and gets a certificate, then he gets work because of that certificate and gets a salary for that work, is this regarded as halaal? Please note that he cannot repeat the exam because he took it many years ago, and everything has changed. What should he do in order to expiate for that?

Answer :
Praise be to Allaah.
If the student cheated in the exam, and he passed because of that cheating, and got the certificate and worked because of that, and he succeeded in his work, and many years have since passed, then he has to repent and seek forgiveness from Allaah and feel regret for what has happened. For Allaah forgives and the one who repents from sin is like one who has not sinned.

so, kesimpulannya ialah, do the best.. kalau itu sahaja kemampuan kita, biarlah.. asalkan kita jujur.. keberkatan dan kejujuran itu outcome yg lagi penting dari result yg gempak dgn usaha tiruan & tipuan.. all da best final ni semua yer!! =)
p/s: exam untuk ujian bakal pengantin pun takkan nak meniru kot..hihihi..
