NOOR PICNIC..

Assalamu'alaykum wbt..hehe..nak menulis semalam tapi tak sempat sbb pagi td ade exam..seperti yg terdapat dalam jadual Islamic Awareness week sem ini, yesterday was the Noor Association of Women Picnic at McCormick Park (Ft.Lowell and Columbus).That was Noor semi-annual picnic for refugees(Fundraising for Tucson Refugee families) for this semester.I was not planning to go, but I just decided to go yesterday's morning.. Alhamdulillah, I got a chance to talk to Sydney before the event and we went there together..I drove!!hehe.. takut gak..coz bawak kak teh masa tu..if i was alone,that's fine...but ade kak teh ni isau gak jadi aper2..bkn aper..most of the time,when driving,Kay always be with me..but alhamdulillah, everything was fine. Masa kat sana tu, I met some of my arabic friends, and others as well..jumpe Kak Zatul dgn anak dia Luqman and Ali.. pastu bila duduk2 tu, we were helping some women to serve the food.Pastu tetiba there was a man..he called us..to help him incharge with the ballon stuff..o0o..die dgn his wife..rupanya depa ni volunteer dalam Noor Association ni..pastu borak dgn isteri die ni..die citer depa tu dahlama wat keje camtu..depa suke tlg refugees terutama dr Afghanistan.. depa penah dok sana dulu ajar English dgn Math..pastu selalu la join menda2 camni nak tlg refugees bersekolah dan hidup cam orang lain jugak..sesambil masukkan angin dalam belon,ikat dgn tali tu,ana terus borak lagi dgn dia..kot2 die muslim ke..mmgla American, plus masa memula tu husband die bg salam..tapi the way they dressed up tu bkn cam Muslim..masa tu gak husband die dok laung dan layan bebudak yg nak beli belon2 tu..pastu citer punye citer, makcik tu kater..we're not muslim, but we belong to Noor..mmg rupanya mmg depa sajer join any association yg nak tolong refugees ni..sanggup abiskan masa dan duit..refugees yg Noor tlg ni rasa cam semuanya Muslim..volunteers plak tak semestinya Muslims..namun jauh di sudut hati ini berkata2..bertapa mulianya hati diorang duaorang ni.. dan ramai lagi yg lain American camtu kat situ semalam.. but I just got chance to talk to both of them..well actually 3... anak dia sampai later on..kan bagus kalau diorang ni Islam.. or..kan bagus gak kalau ramai Muslims yg camtu.. insyaAllah, kita akan jumper more.. so, just amik yg positif pasal kisah semalam ni.. ramai American yg berhati mulia ni..who knows, suatu hari nanti terbukak hati nak masuk Islam..so, InsyaAllah..we'll meet more Muslims around..wallahu a'lam..
